Senator Ben Stevens requested that the reconsideration on CS FOR                                    
SENATE BILL NO. 213(FIN)(efd fld) "An Act establishing the Knik                                     
Arm Bridge and Toll Authority and relating to that authority" be taken                              
up. The bill was before the Senate on reconsideration.                                              
                                                                                                    
The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CS FOR SENATE BILL NO.                                      
213(FIN) "An Act establishing the Knik Arm Bridge and Toll                                          
Authority and relating to that authority; and providing for an effective

vote on the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the effective                             
date clause. Senator Ellis objected.
